Calibre-Web serves as our central library for digital reading, providing a clean and organized way to browse, read, and manage our entire collection of E-books. It works by reading our existing database to display beautiful book covers and metadata, allowing the whole family to download titles in various formats or read them directly in a web browser. The system includes powerful features like Send-to-Kindle, which lets you wirelessly push books to your e-reader with a single click, and support for OPDS catalogs for direct integration with reading apps on phones and tablets. By hosting our own library, we ensure our personal collection is always accessible and synchronized across all our devices without relying on external storefronts.
